Is my diamond IGI certified?

Lab-grown diamonds of 1 carat and above are offered with IGI certification. IGI reports for diamonds under 1 carat, and for custom-made or antique cut diamonds, are available on request for an additional charge. Visit our IGI Certification page or chat with us to learn more.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds, with the same hardness, sparkle and fire. The only difference is their origin: they are grown in a controlled environment instead of mined from the earth.

How do I find the right ring size?

The most accurate way is to be sized by a local jeweler, ideally at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger. You can also measure a ring that already fits the intended finger. If you are unsure, chat with us before ordering and our team will help you choose the right size.

How long until I have my jewelry?

Every piece is made to order. Standard pieces take 8 to 9 days to craft, plus 7 to 8 days of complimentary express shipping to the USA (about 15 to 17 days in total). Custom cut diamond engagement rings take about 19 to 22 days for white diamonds and 22 to 25 days for fancy color diamonds, including cutting, setting and shipping. Delivery to Canada takes 12 to 14 days and to Europe 14 to 15 days after dispatch.
