Returns Policy
We want you to love your EVERFACET piece. If your order does not arrive as described, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
When a return is accepted
- The item you received does not match its description on our website, for example a different metal, diamond shape, size or specification than the one you ordered.
- Your return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is sent back in the same condition it was received, with all original packaging and any certificates.
When a return cannot be accepted
- Items damaged after delivery, including damage caused by wear, accidents, resizing or alteration by a third party.
- Items that were received as described.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
How to start a return
Contact us through our chat or Personal Assistance page within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing how the item differs from its description. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
