30-Day Returns
We want you to love your EVERFACET piece. If your order does not arrive as described, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted when: the item you received does not match its description on our website (for example a different metal, diamond shape, size or specification than ordered); the request is made within 30 days of delivery; and the item is returned in the condition it was received, with all original packaging and any certificates.

Returns cannot be accepted for: items damaged after delivery, including damage from wear, accidents, resizing or alteration by a third party; items received as described; or requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

How to start a return: contact us through the chat on our website or our Personal Assistance page within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos showing how the item differs from its description. We will review your request and send return instructions.

Refunds: once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
